East St. Louis, Illinois:  Essai Seay Publications, 1982, 1st edition stated; with 367 pages bound in original hardcover boards. Illustrated with b&w halftone photos of most of the ca. 350 prominent black Saint Louis women included herein.
Finished size measures approx. 6x9 inches.
This is basically a Who's Who Among Black Women of the greater St Louis, Missouri area.
(Starting 18 March 2020 - though I'm social distancing myself and have absolutely no symptoms - I will rub [until dry] a fresh dollop of hand sanitizer into my hands immediately before picking your items from my shelves and packing them - and again when I mail them).
This book is a Library of Congress surplus duplicate with small rubber stamp to that effect on the blank front endpaper and on the title page. There are no other library markings or defacements inside or out: no writing on spine or on edges of book, no card pocket, no due date slip - this book was never a circulating copy and so it shows very little wear.
Other than L of C stamps, near fine; tight & clean copy.
